Randelle Villaber

Program Coordinator

As a graduate of Erikson Institute with an M.S. in Early Childhood Education (Social and Emotional Learning Concentration) and a long-time practitioner inside and outside of schools with children of all ages, Randelle has utilized the transformative power of the arts and SEL in his daily practice to support the creation of spaces for co-learning, collaboration, and community. In these spaces where we as educators, artists, children, and families are seen from a strength and asset-based perspective, can share our voices (verbally and non-verbally) without judgment, and feel a sense of belonging, we can begin to develop true partnerships for our mutual learning, growth, and thriving.

Randelle looks forward to partnering with the entire CircEsteem community to engage in the continuous process of learning, reflection, and practice to manifest joy, love, healing, and transformative change in our intersecting communities.
