Tim Mack spent his childhood in Oak Park, IL, and currently calls Chicago's West Loop neighborhood home. Holding dual master's degrees in Sport Management and Sport Psychology from Northern Illinois University. In 2018, Tim played a pivotal role in launching Project FLEX. This initiative provides structured physical activities to incarcerated youth, aiming to equip them with the skills necessary for more constructive lives post-release.The program has since grown, expanding its services from one prison to three! His passion for sports as a catalyst for social change has led him to facilitate workshops in Sri Lanka and Tanzania. In his recent role with the Chicago Bears, Tim led non-contact football clinics across the Chicagoland community alongside both current and past players. He holds a deep passion for connecting with underserved communities and aims to bring this enthusiasm to CircEsteem.
