We are looking for an Office Receptionist to be the face of CircEsteem at our front desk, the personwill greet, show space, organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures as guestenter the space. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring highlevels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Duties Include:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate center, person and office
- Ensure anyone entering the building is signed in appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Show facility for birthday parties, events, etc.
- Take payments for space rental
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Greeter, Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Receptionist responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Proficiency in Google docs, forms, etc.
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines, scanner and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like google drive and google calendar.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- High school degree; additional certification in Administration is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
- Scheduled 30 hours per week, year-round
- Flat Rate: $20 an hour
