October 30- November 5, 2006  CircEsteem hosted the 2006 American Youth Circus Organization (AYCO) Social Circus conference Training conference "Using circus to impact youth in need" Monday-Friday Cirque du Soleil's Cirque du Monde trained 20 specialist in its methods 11/3-5 and 100 people from around the world came to share ideas and to see how to build a "Circus with a Social Mission"

July 21, 2006  Cirque du Soleil donates 300 tickets for Corteo

Corteo, which means "cortege" in Italian, is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. The show brings together the passion of the actor with the grace and power of the acrobat to plunge the audience into a theatrical world of fun, comedy and spontaneity situated in a mysterious space between heaven and earth. Credit Suisse has purchased 225 of these tickets to benefit our Chicago Youth Circus Programming we sold all 75 remaining tickets for $150 each
